اتفق علماء اللغة والتراجم ، وخبراء معامل اللغات أن الأفعال الأكثر شيوعا (استخداما) في اللغة الانجليزية هي الأفعال الشاذة وبعض الأفعال الحسية والحركية ، وعلى جميع الأطفال والمبتدئين اتقان وحفظ تلك الأفعال قبل الشروع في دراسة اللغة الانجليزية بشكل موسع، للأسف فمعظم مناهج اللغة الانجليزية تهمل تلك الدراسات المبنية على احصائيات دقيقة ، أورد لكم فيما يلي تلك الأفعال الأكثر شيوعا مع أمثلة على استخدامات كل فعل بهدف تعميم الفائدة وحرصا على بداية سليمة في الخوض في دهاليزتلك اللغة العالمية :
